Lik Sang on a PSP TV Adapter 12

PSP News writes "The people over at Lik Sang have done a great hands on review of the new no Modification PSP TV Device by Blaze. The main differences between this and the Team Xtender adapter is less than half the price and the Pal-Ntsc switch while quality is as good if not better at different display settings. From the article: 'Compared to the previous TV Adapter that we had in our hands a couple of months back, the display result you get varies from as good (16:9 ratio wide screens) to better (on 4:3 ratio) depending on the type of television set you use the devices with.'"

  • It's still a camera that you mount over your display. Looking clunky as hell but at least it's not as bad as those "3d goggles" they've made for Metal Gear Acid 2...

    Why not just get a PS2... aren't all games ported to the PSP the exact same games anyways?

      It are not the exakt same games, just very similar ones.
    • Unfortunately, the one good game* on the PSP that isn't a PS2 port (Lumines) probably would have been a PS2 game in the first place if the PSP hadn't existed, but Sony probably paid Q Entertainment to make it for the PSP and PSP only in a scheme to sell PSPs.

      But I don't really care, the magic of Lumines died for me pretty quickly playing on a friend's PSP. The skins were really awesome though, I'd like to see that kind of thing spread to a real* puzzle game like Tetris Attack.

      * No, I'm not exaggerating
  • Let me give you some free advice. An anchor with an HREF property, also known as a "link", should have descriptive contents. A link to "Lik-Sang" should link to Lik-Sang, not a product on Lik-Sang's Site. HTH, HAND.

  • If the pictures they took are any indication, the product is total crap. I'm not trolling here, look at the images yourself and you'll come to the same conclusion.

    Products like these are just stupid. You're capturing the digital output with a CAMERA for crying out loud! A camera!
    • I agree. At first it sound like this could be something that is pretty cool. But uhm... yeah... big whoop. My magnifying glass for the Game Gear looked cooler than this thing lol.

      This is definitely not a product worth my money.
  • I have seen lots of in game footage on various review programs in the UK and the quaility seems far better than just a well setup camera, lighting, studio etc.
    It looks like direct feed from the console.
    Now my first thought would be that the manufacturers are distributing videos to promote their product but often the reviewers are talking as if the action on screen is directly resulting from their actions.
    is it all just fake ? or do they all have dev kits with direct video out ?
