+ - Irish High Court for Copyright in Lyrical Ruling->

vikingpower writes "Judge Peter Charleton, of the Irish High Court, is good at writing judgments in clear, appealing language. Even when he rules on controversial issues. The case is that of EMI, Sony, Warner and Universal against an Irish telco company. Amongst other gems, judge Charleton rules that "cyberspace is not a place". Hardly ever was a High Court ruling such entertaining reading material. El Reg also runs the story"
