In a new letter from Rob Dyer, SVP of Publisher Relations, to PSN partners following the first steps to bring the service back online, Sony made sure to thank publishers and acknowledged that they "owe" them. "We know we owe a great deal to valued partners like you for your patience and support during this difficult time," wrote Dyer.
