+ - OpenStack is not enough for Rackspace to compete with AWS->

hal9000(jr) (316943) writes "If Rackspace and Openstack are commoditzing cloud computing, how is it that Rackspace costs substantially more than Amazon? Rackspace claims the value is in thier support, but rumors about that their are leaving for other companies. If VMware comes out with it's own cloud, is Rackspace doomed to be a high priced boutique cloud service?"
