littlekorea (1656839) writes "Scientists at the CSIRO and RMIT have developed a new two-dimensional material, adapted from graphene, upon which electrons can flow at much higher speeds than today's computing materials. Researchers claim the material will lead to advances in nano computing within one to two years."
