+ - First game written on / for a home 16 bit pc 1975->

The GPI writes "Here's something unique from my archive.

This game was written by the famous game author Scott Adams who founded Adventure International.

Adventure International was the first multimillion dollar PC game company 30 years ago for early 8 bit home PCs, i.e. TRS-80, Apple II, Atari.

It's the first graphics game that was ever written at home for a home 16 bit computer.

Photos of the original 1975 hand coded manuscript are at the web page link above.

All the original source code is online there.

The last purchaser of the manuscript paid $197,500 in 2005.

Who'll be the first to write an emulator?
