Also, the people working at those companies are free to decide for themselves if they want a union or not. That none of them seem to be in any hurry to start one says a lot about how badly the employees feel that they're needed. People shouldn't have a union forced on them any more than they should be prevented from collectively bargaining.

that the games industry has done a lot to discourage unionization, and that it's probably a good thing for employees.
In fact a lot of the games industry is moving away from employment to a contract basis.
