Care to provide specifics for what exactly the worker complaints were in regards to? From the Cards Against Humanity statement, I can only assume they're management and bias related. The nature of the game has no bearing on whether there is actual bias against some of the workers in the office. The whole point of the game is to give you enemies who aren't necessarily other PEOPLE to fight.
