I will be buying a switch lite as soon as a clear "jailbreak" path comes clear. I hope to use it with moonlight for gamestreaming, as well as rock my old school emulation collection. I will also be buying quite a bit of software, Mario+Rabbids, the new Zelda franchise games, and others. It's got a pretty awesome library of games that I'm looking forward to playing in bed.

The switch lite was already cracked by the TX team which was shut down and members arrested during the previous round of legal action from Nintendo a few weeks back. On the up-side, the TX mod chip has now also been cracked and dumped by the currently active community modders, so there will probably be a non-commercial implementation for the existing lite hardware soon.
There's still no way to boot anything but SXOS with a TX Core modchip. And I'm not sure there's any way to get a license for it now? From what I understand SXOS (from Team TX) contains copyrighted code from Nintendo. The open free one called Atmosphere doesn't. But you can't boot that with a TX Core (yet).
