Explanations are low demand, heavy investment to educate the consumer on the differences between windows RT and 8 and more importantly the effort to keep a low retail price with Microsoft offering. Still the Korean manufacturer choose to wait and see. Tom's noticed as an anecdotical evidence that he couldn't put his hands on a Windows tablet in his country's largest chain of electronics retailers. This raises concerns about Microsoft operating system, will they be able to gain marketshare in mobile devices in 2013 ?
