Pretty much every freeware game I have I've discovered on Underdogs.
Generally is good, though I've heard rumours that Generally installed Spyware on peoples systems. I have no idea if that's true. All I know is it did no such thing on mine.

As long as you don't actually install anything you should be fine. For those of you that are more paranoid [and you probably should be] set your browser to prompt you about cookies [which the underdogs' ads create tons of] and to prompt you about popups [for those of you/us with IE, ask google about nopopie; it works okay]

GameHippo does a poor job of responding to game owners' requests and tends to retain out-of-date software even when told there are more recent releases available. I put them on the 'I give up' list long ago.

My favorite game hosted by Sourceforge: Vega Strike [sourceforge.net]. It's a 3D space combat + trading + ship improvement game with pretty decent graphics.

Who needs to download games, there are lots of good free online games. I play Hattrick [hattrick.org], a soccer manager game.
It's much easier to play these during work too, and it's automatically networked multiplayer :-)
