Not clear enough? How about this from Blue's News [bluesnews.com]?
The pack is an 84 MB download, available on 3D Gamers [3dgamers.com], FileFront [filefront.com], and GameSpot DLX [gamespot.com] (registration required), Gameguru Mania [ggmania.com], Gamer's Hell [gamershell.com], Game's Fusion [games-fusion.net], Tiscali Games [tiscali.cz], and Worthplaying [worthplaying.com].

Obviously it's a bit nicer and doing more (particularly on the open maps featuring vehicles) but from the demo it doesn't seem as aggressively optimised as previous versions. Performance on 'normal' indoor levels is certainly not as fast as UT 2k3 was under OS 9 on less powerful hardware.
